CTR Systems' TA620 data collection terminal tracks employee time and human resource data, provides access control and tracks inventory across a variety of industries such as manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, banking, hospitality and more. It can also be linked to a variety of networks in your organization to complement the management information systems that are already in place.

The TA620 delivers a user-friendly data collection point for employee information, guaranteeing accurate, reliable data. Employees enter information through the TA620's keypad, by swiping a magnetic stripe, bar code, or optionally by proximity badge.

Employee feedback is provided through audible accept/reject tones and displayed messages. When it is in Supervisor mode the TA620 allows for the recall, correction, or deletion of employee time entries by date, time or employee number. The terminal can control access to restricted areas by schedule and/or department on an individual basis.

Organizations can eliminate costly unauthorized overtime by scheduling when employees can use the terminal. With this feature companies can lock out tardies and early birds, force late arrivals or early departures, and control punches by time of day, week and more. Supervisors can also be given rights to override a lockout and approve employee punches.

Communication between the TA620 and your computer is accomplished by one of CTR Systems’ polling and programming utilities or integrated time and attendance systems.
