Leased Parking

Our custom lease-management systems make it simple to implement and maintain longer-term parking agreements for employees, tenants or customers. Our identification cards and electronic card readers grant leaseholders entry into gated parking areas. The customizable access cards permit entry on specific days of the week and between specific times. The system also may log vehicle information for each cardholder for enhanced security.

CTR's software gives clients the ability to monitor when vehicles enter and exit their facility. Anti-passback controls prevent unauthorized entries by requiring an exit transaction for each garage entry before the access card can be used to gain entry to the facility again.

Our program provides a straightforward way to implement variable parking rates for different lease types. Monthly parking fees can be efficiently billed to the cardholder’s credit card or through employee payroll deduction.

CTR's mag stripe, barcode, RFID or proximity card technology is well-suited for self-parking leases or valet parking programs in venues like hotels and casinos. These types of cards are also an ideal way to provide special privileges to specific populations such as casino “high rollers.”
